Important Notice

• Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Extra Person charges – Rs. 450 per person.
• 100% advance payment deposit at the time of check-in. Personal cheques are not accepted.
• It is mandatory for all customers and their visitor guests to share their ID cards. Foreign nationals must present their passport and valid visa.
• Smoking, alcohol, gambling, drugs, and contraband goods are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Visitors are not permitted entry into guest rooms.
• Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• Booking amendments are allowed up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
• Children up to 8 years stay free; children above 8 years are charged as per extra adult rates.
• Cancellation is free up to 25 days prior to arrival; beyond this, 90% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Advance booking is accepted only up to one month in advance with full tariff payment.
• Disputes are subject to Manali jurisdiction.

Hotel Policy & House Rules

• Accommodation is provided only to guests registered with the hotel reception.
• Room keys will be issued only upon registration at the reception desk.
• Please maintain decorum and minimize noise, especially during evening hours.
• Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.
• Flammable materials, explosives, and hazardous goods are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking, gambling, drugs, and pungent foods are not allowed on the premises.
• Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property.
• Visitors to guest rooms are not allowed except under exceptional circumstances with management approval.
• The management is not responsible for the loss of guest belongings.
• Photographs and videos taken in the hotel cannot be used for commercial purposes.
